PHO (BEEF BROTH NOODLE)

We use a secret family recipe from Vietnam. Our pho broth is a dark color and the sweetness is from the bone marrows of large beef bones. It is slow cooked to perfection with spice so that it is savory and flavorful to the very last drop. Each bowl of pho comes with your choice of three ingredients and a side dish of vegetable. By creating your own pho, our guest can get more of their favorite ingredients. Our guests can also select from one of our deluxe creations. For guests who are sensitive to gluten, our brown rice noodle is 100% gluten free.
