BROWN RICE NOODLE?!?! We are proud to offer BROWN RICE NOODLE as a substitution for regular white rice noodle for our pho. Mignon is the first and only Vietnamese restaurant to offer brown rice noodle. Our brown rice noodle is made from wholegrain brown rice, it's high in fiber, and it's 100% gluten free.

WOW! We're already in 2011! Happy New Year Everyone! Lots of new things coming up at Mignon. Thank you to everyone that purchased a voucher through the Daily Deal! We look forward to meeting everyone. Effective immediately, we will be open at 11am on Saturday and Sunday now. Next, we're adding more items to our menu. Vietnamese Curry is now available. Sapporo is now available on tap. We are adding a late night menu that will be in effect starting February with soju and light cocktail drinks. So stop in for with friends and have a drink or two. :)

Thank you for your support. We have been opened for about 5 days and have gotten really good response on our food. We received a lot of suggestions and ideas on how to improve service. It had definitely been crazy the last couple of days. Everyone at mignon Pho + Grill wants to apologize for any inconvenience. In our efforts to provide employment to young job seekers; our service had been effected dramatically. We are taking the necessary measures improve.
